my24-7pa is operated by Fundu Consulting Ltd.

Your messages are private and secure. They are transmitted and processed by secure systems so the assistant can understand your request, reply, create reminders, check your calendar when authorised, and perform the service you asked for.

Customer message contents are not read by humans. Internal admin tools are designed to show operational summaries — for example what worked, what failed, error states, usage counts and proposed fixes — rather than the actual contents of individual customer messages.

We collect and use only the information needed to provide the service, including your name, email address, WhatsApp number, subscription status, assistant preferences, reminders, tasks, and the messages or media you send to the assistant.

If you connect Google integrations, we request permissions based on your plan. Every plan can use Google Calendar and Google Tasks read/write access when you ask us to check or create events and tasks. Plus can use Google Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides access only for files created by my24-7pa or files you explicitly select/share with the app. Ultra can use read/write access for those app-created or selected/shared workspace files when you ask us to create or update them. Google access only happens after you complete Google authorisation. You can disconnect Google at any time by telling your assistant to disconnect, or by revoking access in your Google account.

If you send voice notes or images, we may process them to provide the requested assistant service. We do not use them for unrelated purposes.

We use WhatsApp to send service messages you request, including activation messages, reminders, calendar briefings, weather updates, and support replies. You can stop WhatsApp messages by replying STOP.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your messages for advertising.

We use Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel on public website and signup pages to understand how visitors use the site, spot confusing areas, measure ad and signup performance, and improve the signup experience. These tools may collect usage data such as page views, clicks, scrolling, browser/device information, campaign/referrer details, and Clarity session recordings or heatmaps. We do not use these tools inside the assistant conversation itself, customer admin pages, data-deletion pages, or to read WhatsApp message contents.

We may use trusted service providers to operate the service, including hosting, payment processing, WhatsApp messaging, Google integration, and model/assistant processing providers. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service.

We do not claim WhatsApp end-to-end encryption once messages are delivered to the my24-7pa business system, because the assistant and its secure processing providers need to process messages to respond.

You can ask your assistant what it remembers about you, ask it to forget specific information, or contact us to request deletion of your account data.
